The brand new Trespass shop in St George’s Shopping Centre has two staff vacancies:

SENIOR SUPERVISOR:

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Harrow branch for a Senior Supervisor. Previous experience is an advantage but not essential as full training is provided. An enthusiastic approach and a passion to drive sales is a must. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and going that extra mile every time.

Managing the store includes:

– All aspects of business Management

– Setting goals and targets with a plan to achieve them.

– Liaising with external businesses to seek new sales opportunities.

– Opening/locking up of the store and all cash handling, delivery & Health & Safety procedures must be adhered to.

– Hiring and managing staff.

– All aspects of HR and performance management.

– All Visual Merchandising aspects of the store:

– Changing Windows

– Changing displays and mannequins around the store.

– Store Layout Changes.

– POS and “Sale Ready” promotions.

– Replenishment to ensure the store is well stocked as part of the VM look.

– Commercial thinking approach.
